I am a former body builder who after prior injury and illness, lost my way with motivation with my health and fitness routine. My old ways of my 20s wouldn’t do the job anymore, and I needed a program that would work for me at this point of my life in my early 40s, and dealing with some injuries. My expectations were realistic to get healthy, and embrace my dad bod, but just get into a routine and get a little healthier and get to my target weight. Highly recommend Dani!
Dani really listened to my goals and took my previous history into account. She made sure to make a program that fit my specifications and was so communicative along the way! I love the app she uses and all the video models and thorough instructions. Plus she’s such a genuine soul you’ll love her motivation and coaching along the way !!!
Dani and I connected about 10 weeks ago and I could not be more thankful for all the work that Dani does as a trainer. She comes up with a personalized plan that works for me. My goal was to build a work out plan that would be sustainable for the long run and she is doing just that. We have weekly calls where we go over form, the weekly workout, and my overall feel.
Over the last 10 weeks, my numbers have gone up significantly, but more importantly, I've built a routine that works for me and helps me. If you want to get a trainer who is dedicated to helping you see progress and hit your goals, then I highly recommend Dani!

Dani is not only a very experienced trainer, but also a incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivational person always pushes me to achieve my goals.
Dani has designed a personalized and effective workout plan for me that suits my needs, preferences, and schedule. She always monitors my progress and adjusts the plan accordingly. She also gives me helpful advice on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle changes that complement my training. For someone who didn't have a single clue about nutrition her tips here have been extremely helpful.
She has helped me begin to transform not only my body, but also my mind and attitude towards fitness. I actually look forward to working out now which is NOT something I've ever said before in my life. Overall, I highly recommend Dani to anyone who is looking for an experienced trainer who knows what they're doing and can be a source of guidance, wisdom and inspiration all at once!
